This page explains how personal data, account information, and platform usage data are handled in the MaintWise Insights system.
Overview
MaintWise Insights is designed to support maintenance intelligence, reliability analysis, predictive insights, and optimisation workflows. Personal information is handled only where needed for account access, security, and platform operation.
What data may be stored
The system may store account information such as email address, login credentials, and profile details, together with operational data that users enter into the platform, including case, machine, component, sensor, threshold, and optimisation records.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, secure access, operate the application, and support maintenance analysis features such as predictive insights, degradation modelling, and optimisation results.
User control
Users can review and manage account information through the account settings area. Depending on system configuration, users may also download or delete personal account data.
